Jim brings a wealth of experience from both the church and business realms. With over three decades dedicated to ministry, Jim has been involved in various church initiatives, from launching new churches to overseeing the growth of existing ones of up to 5,000 members.

In 2009, Jim established Journey Church in Cleveland, OH, with three other couples. Under his leadership, the church expanded to four campuses around Northeast Ohio. Simultaneously, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Jim and his business partner ventured into real estate in New Orleans. Their efforts resulted in the creation of a real estate company boasting an $87 million lending portfolio.

Today, Jim holds the position of Lead Pastor at Journey Church, continuing to inspire and guide the community with his unique blend of spiritual and business acumen.

Chris has vast ministry experience in small, moderately sized, and extremely large churches. Chris was on staff at Life.Church, the largest church in America, with Pastor Craig Groeschel. He served as a pastor, teaching pastor, and played a key role in the hiring and selection process of countless staff. During Chris’s tenure, the attendance grew from around 3,000 people to 50,000 people.  

Chris has also made a significant impact in the corporate world. He served on the Executive Team of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, the fastest-growing frozen yogurt chain in the country in 2013. In just four years, His team grew the organization to over 350 locations in five countries. Chris’s primary role was creating culture, reviewing performance, staffing at the headquarters, and bringing in high-capacity franchisees. Today, Chris is the CEO of GroupONE39, an Executive Church Staffing firm.
